Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NomsCode's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

NomsCode provides AI development, academic project assistance, web and app development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, content writing, and related digital services. All services are delivered digitally.

3. Project Orders & Delivery

All projects begin upon receipt of full payment and confirmed project requirements. Estimated delivery timelines are agreed upon at the start of each project and are contingent on the client providing all necessary materials on time. NomsCode is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or delayed client input.

4. Revisions Policy

Starter Plan: Up to 3 revisions.
Professional Plan: Unlimited revisions within the agreed scope.
Enterprise Plan: Unlimited revisions + post-delivery support.
Revisions outside the original project scope will be quoted separately.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before project commencement. For large-scale enterprise projects, a 50% deposit is accepted with the remainder due upon delivery. We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and other agreed digital methods. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

• Project not started within 48 hours of confirmed payment: 100% refund.
• Project cancelled mid-way by client: Partial refund based on completed work percentage.
• Delivered project significantly deviating from agreed requirements: Full refund after review.
• Completed and approved projects are non-refundable.

7. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

NomsCode treats all client project data, requirements, and personal information with strict confidentiality. We do not share, sell, or disclose any client information to third parties without explicit written consent. All team members working on your project are bound by confidentiality agreements.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the delivered work transfer to the client. NomsCode retains the right to display the project in its portfolio (without sensitive data) unless a specific NDA is agreed upon in writing.

9. Academic Integrity

Academic assistance services are provided for reference and research purposes. Clients are responsible for how they use the materials delivered. NomsCode does not accept liability for any academic misconduct arising from client misuse of delivered materials.

10. Limitation of Liability

NomsCode's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Changes to Terms

NomsCode reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
